Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation and refund terms for 0Backlink (operated by A.L) are set out below. For any questions, use our contact page.

Order cancellation

• Before publication: If your order has not gone live yet (the backlink placement or sponsored post has not been published), you may request cancellation; your payment is refunded to your account as credits or, on request, as a monetary refund.
• After publication: Once performance has begun (the link is live / the article is published), the right of withdrawal ends due to the nature of digital services; no refund is made for the remaining term.

Refund conditions

• If a live placement permanently drops before the committed term for a reason attributable to us, the amount corresponding to the remaining term is refunded to your account as credits.
• Accidental duplicate payments are refunded after verification.
• If an order is rejected by our team, your payment is fully refunded as credits, or as money on request.

Credit refunds

• Once added to your account, credits cannot be converted to cash; they can only be spent on platform services (backlinks, sponsored posts).
• Unused credits remain valid indefinitely.

Crypto payments

Refunds for crypto payments are made to the originating wallet on the same network, or as account credits. Exchange-rate fluctuations are not covered; refunds are calculated on the USD value at the time of payment.
