• Account data: name, email address, password (stored as an irreversible hash).
• Transaction data: order and payment records, credit movements, support correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, session and security logs, language preference.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service and performing the contract: account, order and publication management.
• Compliance with legal obligations: invoicing and record retention.
• Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, service improvement.
• Consent: marketing emails and analytics/marketing cookies only with your consent.

Sharing

Your data is shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) only to the extent required to provide the service; it is never sold to third parties.

Retention

Account data is kept for the duration of your membership; transaction and invoice records are kept for the minimum periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
